First of all, the context in which these workshops take place and the theory behind these formative strategies are described. Second, the objective, methodologies and development of Workshops are described. Finally, some results and contributions are detailed. Among them we find the importance of these workshops to support the community of practice for professional development of teacher and to foster communication and collaborative learning with the students.
