Stress and Anxiety in Teaching Staff

This article focuses on aspects of teachers' mental health that are of greatest concern nowadays. While the teaching profession is highly diverse, certain factors contribute to widespread dissatisfaction, such as excessive task demands, interpersonal discommunication, inadequate training, and job insecurity, etc. Additionally, we examine the effects of stress and anxiety on teachers and provide suggestions to safeguard psychological well-being.
