Towards a Marist educational spirituality

To facilitate reflection on spirituality, a topic of great interest among Marist educators, this article aims to provide some data. By delving into the roots and sources that have sustained hundreds of true masters of spirituality for almost two centuries, we can gain a better understanding of this topic.
Using established definitions of spirituality, we will examine how normative texts have influenced Marist life. We will then explore the theological foundations upon which this spirituality is based and study the practices of the most prominent models. Finally, we will draw some conclusions.
Although this spirituality pertains to an open reality that can be studied, it would be beneficial to make some contributions to help attain a level of clarity that is appropriate for it.
