"Ealandia", an activity model for Leisure Education in the open environment

For four years, the EALA School of Leisure Time in Alcala de Henares has been conducting an educational intervention programme in the streets, aimed at providing resources and alternatives for the leisure time of children and young people. This article explains how this activity was conducted by providing pedagogical and sociological arguments and describes its evolution over the course of four editions from 1998 to the present. The article also includes information on the programme's contents and methodologies, which may be of interest.
